Troubleshooting

Fast fixes for common issues.

The app will not launch

Close Banana Toss completely and reopen it. If the issue continues, restart your device, confirm that iOS is up to date, and reinstall the app. Reinstalling can reset local settings.

Sound is not working

Check your device volume, Silent Mode, and Focus settings. Then return to the Banana Toss title screen and confirm the in-game sound setting is enabled.

A purchase will not restore

Confirm you are signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase and that the device is online. Open Banana Toss, choose Restore, and allow Apple a moment to verify the entitlement.

Ads still appear after purchase

Use Restore on the title screen, then fully close and reopen the app. If ads continue after Apple confirms the purchase, contact support with your device model and iOS version. Do not send payment details.

A throw does not land where expected

Wind changes the flight of every banana. Check both direction and strength before setting angle and velocity. Small changes can make a large difference across an arena.

Restore purchases

Bring back the ad-free unlock.

  1. Connect the device to the internet.
  2. Sign in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
  3. Open Banana Toss and return to the title screen.
  4. Tap Restore beside Remove Ads.
  5. Wait for the confirmation message, then restart the app if needed.
